2. Quotes and proposals

  • All services are preceded by a custom quotation.

  • The quotation details the scope of work, timeline, and price.

  • The service only begins after formal acceptance of the quotation by the client.

3. Confidentiality

  • Quick-Plan guarantees full confidentiality of all files, documents, and information provided by the client.

  • No information is shared with third parties without authorization.

  • Data is securely stored in accordance with applicable standards.

4. Intellectual property

  • Drawings and plans produced by Quick-Plan remain the property of the client once the project is completed and payment has been made.

  • Quick-Plan retains the right to use anonymized examples for portfolio or demonstration purposes, unless otherwise requested by the client.

5. Delivery times

  • Delivery timelines indicated in the quotation are respected as far as possible.

  • In the event of delays beyond our control (missing documents, client changes, force majeure), Quick-Plan will inform the client immediately.

6. Changes and revisions

  • Any changes requested after acceptance of the quotation may be subject to an additional fee or a new quotation.

  • Adjustments required to ensure consistency and feasibility of the drawings are included in the initial service.

7. Liability

  • Quick-Plan commits to delivering professional, standards-compliant, and usable drawings.

  • The client remains responsible for the final use of the drawings in their project.

  • Quick-Plan cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the drawings.

8. Payment

  • Payment terms are specified in the quotation.

  • Work begins only after payment is received or according to the conditions stated in the quotation.

9. Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution.

  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Montreal, Canada.

10. Acceptance of terms

By using Quick-Plan’s services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
